Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 8, 2026 · https://pulseadb.com/privacy

1. Who we are

Pulse (“Pulse,” “we,” “us”) is an internal business application operated by American Dream Builders to manage office meeting pipelines, follow-ups, and related sales operations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Pulse at https://pulseadb.com.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Pulse, we may process:

  • Account information — name, email address, role, branch assignment, and authentication credentials (passwords are stored hashed).
  • Business pipeline data — meeting and customer records you or your team enter or import (for example names, addresses, phone numbers, lead sources, sales activity, notes, and outcomes).
  • Usage and security data — login attempts, last login / last seen times, approximate IP address for login attempts, and basic diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
  • Google Calendar data (optional) — if an admin connects a branch Google Calendar, we read calendar event details needed for import (such as title, start time, color, location, and description). We request read-only calendar access. We do not modify or delete Google Calendar events.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide and improve Pulse features for authorized team members
  • Authenticate users and protect accounts
  • Import confirmed meetings from connected Google Calendars into Pulse
  • Send operational emails (for example invites, calendar disconnect alerts, or event-change notices)
  • Maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and meet internal business needs

We do not sell personal information.

4. Google user data

When Google Calendar is connected, Pulse’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • Calendar access is used only to import eligible meetings into Pulse for your organization.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising.
  • We do not allow independent third parties to access Google user data obtained through Pulse, except as needed to provide/infrastructure the service (for example hosting) under confidentiality obligations.
  • Admins can disconnect Google Calendar at any time in Pulse Settings → Branches.

5. Sharing

Pipeline data is shared only with authorized Pulse users in your organization according to role and branch permissions. We may use trusted processors (such as hosting, database, and email delivery providers) solely to run Pulse. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the security of the service.

6. Retention

We retain account and pipeline data for as long as your organization uses Pulse and as needed for legitimate business, security, and legal purposes. Calendar connection tokens are removed when a branch disconnects Google. Imported meeting records remain in Pulse unless deleted by an authorized user.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to a business application, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, session cookies, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your choices

  • Update your profile information in Pulse Settings.
  • Ask an admin to update or delete meeting records you no longer need.
  • Disconnect Google Calendar from Settings → Branches.
  • Request account removal by contacting info@americandbuilders.com.

9. Children

Pulse is a workplace tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when changes are posted at https://pulseadb.com/privacy.
