Terms of Service

Effective date: September 8, 2026 · https://pulseadb.com/terms

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Pulse (https://pulseadb.com), a paid business application operated by American Dream Builders (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, signing in, or using Pulse, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Pulse.

2. Who may use Pulse

Pulse is a user-only, paid application for authorized individuals invited or provisioned by the Company (or an organization that licenses Pulse). It is not a consumer product open to the general public.

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
  • You must use a valid account issued for business use.
  • You may not share login credentials or allow unauthorized people to access Pulse.
  • Access may be limited by role, branch, and permissions set by administrators.

3. Paid service & accounts

Pulse is offered as a paid software service. Fees, seats, billing cycles, and renewal terms are set by the Company (or your organization’s agreement with the Company). Failure to pay, or termination of your organization’s license, may result in suspension or termination of access.

Accounts are personal to the assigned user. Administrators may create, update, suspend, or remove accounts. You are responsible for activity under your credentials and for keeping your password secure.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Pulse for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access data or features you are not authorized to use
  • Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service
  • Upload malicious code or scrape the service in an abusive way
  • Misrepresent your identity or the source of imported data
  • Use connected third-party services (such as Google Calendar) in violation of their terms

5. Customer & business data

Pipeline, meeting, and related business records entered or imported into Pulse remain the property of the Company / your organization. You grant us the right to host, process, and display that data solely to provide Pulse. You must only enter information you are allowed to process for business purposes.

6. Google Calendar & integrations

Optional integrations (including Google Calendar) require admin authorization. Calendar access is used to import eligible meetings into Pulse. You are responsible for connecting the correct accounts and calendars and for complying with Google’s terms and policies. You may disconnect integrations at any time in Settings.

7. Intellectual property

Pulse software, branding, design, and related materials are owned by the Company or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Pulse for authorized business purposes during an active paid subscription or internal license. No other rights are granted.

8. Availability & changes

We aim to keep Pulse available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as we improve the product. We may update these Terms; the effective date on this page will change when updates are posted at https://pulseadb.com/terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimer

Pulse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for business operations support. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Pulse does not replace professional legal, financial, or other advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of Pulse. Our total liability for any claim relating to Pulse will not exceed the fees paid for Pulse access for the three (3) months before the claim (or, if none, fifty U.S. dollars).

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if payment lapses, if required for security or legal reasons, or when your organization’s license ends. Upon termination, your right to use Pulse stops. Provisions that should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimer, and liability limits) will survive.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your written enterprise agreement with the Company states otherwise.
